Meet Liv and Danny...
Liv loves Danny. She knows she loves him more than he loves her, so she lets him go without a fight when his parents make him move back to America. She knows she will never love anyone like she loved him, but she has to move on.
Danny loves Liv. He knows he loves her more than she loves him, because she does nothing to get him to stay, so he goes quietly when his parents leave the UK. He knows he will never love anyone like he loved her, but he has to move on.
Twelve years on, they have made a good job of pretending, they may have almost forgotten. But when they get in touch via Facebook, it seems that it is all still there.
They quickly find that they are intensely compatible in ways they hadn’t even begun to explore before they were forced apart.
Can they put aside their fears and give it a go? Or will deep rooted doubts and insecurities tear them apart?
Romance Addict: Ohmigosh! Ohmigosh! Ohmigosh! So today Kelly and I had the opportunity to interview two of our very favs: Danny and Liv. Eeeeeeeeeep!!!! Can you believe Steph left us alone with them? We’re pretty sure that she only left us on our own b/c she didn’t want us to embarrass her when we ‘see’ Danny for the first time. Gawd! That man is dreamy! We will try to contain ourselves. Try being the operative word! We are here to get the dirt, people!!! Eeeeeeeeeep again!
Okay Danny, we have promised Steph that we would do a respectful interview for Romance Addict…by respectful, she asked that we not verbally vomit all over you. It can be our little secret should we accidently start gushing, yeah? So…here we go…
First thought when you opened the message from Connie?
Danny: Holy SHIT! All I could think was, don’t let her in your head Danny, you can’t go back to that agony again! It took me a while to realise that Connie was basically saying that she thought there was still a chance for me with Liv.
Romance Addict: Awwwww!!!! You are wonderful. I mean, next question…
Initial thoughts when you saw each other?
Danny: I saw her before she saw me, she was beautiful and so mad! When she finally turned around she took my breath away. So beautiful, so unique, so Liv.
Romance Addict: You were so quick to leave everything behind for Liv. Why?
Danny: I’ve never stopped loving Liv, I just had to try and forget. The moment that it seemed like there was a chance, I had to at least try. I thought I was happy with my life, but Connie’s message made me quickly realise it was a façade.
Romance Addict: Can we talk about face touching? The way you cradle Liv’s face? I love it. I do. Wait…I guess that wasn’t a question…unless you have something you would like to add? ☺
Danny: I just need to touch her face! Have you seen her face? Every time I see it, I can’t help touching it!
Romance Addict: On the train…the ‘just human’ part. Kill me now. Just kill me now. Danny—how did it feel to hear that?
Danny: I was surprised. I wasn’t seeing how I could possibly hurt her, I was just seeing how she could hurt me. I think it was good for us both to get it out. I’m not perfect but I’d never do anything that would risk me losing her.
Romance Addict: Spending so much time with Jen and Scott, did you ever think of Liv and wish that you had that with her?
Danny: Of course. But I tried really hard not to. I have had twelve years practice at looking ok. But deep down it hurt knowing that the only person who could make me that happy was gone for good.
Romance Addict: Liv is your romantic fantasy come true, right? If you could live out one erotic fantasy with her (that you haven’t already), what would it be? When, where and how?
Danny: Wow! Don’t be shy!!! Ok, um, god, that threw me! I don’t know…I guess we have been reconnecting, learning about each other. We never had this aspect to our relationship before, so it will take some time. I like the idea of somewhere outside. I can’t believe you have me answering this question! Next!!!

Danny: My car. I know, not cool right? You haven’t seen her though.
